IN THE COOL WET
If you wish to take a refreshing dip after a strenuous hike or straight after breakfast, simply head to one of our open-air swimming pools or the Schlitterer Badesee lake.
As an alternative in bad weather, you can visit the public swimming baths, such as the Erlebnistherme thermal spa in Fügen, which are also open in summer.
The outdoor pool in Fügen, with a pool area covering over 1,700 m² and a 5,000 m² sunbathing lawn, is especially appealing to families with children. Numerous attractions provide plenty of fun and thrills in the water on hot summer days. Toddlers are kept well-entertained in their own baby pool with its elephant slide.
The Schlitterer Badesee lake is also not far away from your lodgings at Ferienhaus Bockstecken. The lake is situated among green meadows, where there is plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing, a restaurant and a large play area for children.
In bad weather, it is well worth visiting the Erlebnistherme Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal spa in Fügen. There's something to suit everyone here – whether it's for small children in the paddling pool with its slide, or full-on action for older children on the two water slides.
If you prefer some peace and quiet, you can retreat to the sauna area with its attractive relaxation rooms, where you can admire the spectacular views of the Zillertal mountains.
